SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Policy
We always strive for safe and efficient shipping. We try to ship all non-custom orders within 1-3 business days. On the rare occasion that your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Most items are available for overnight shipping but please check with us prior to confirm.
If your order requires customization (plating/re-sizing), this will take 1-2 weeks. We have several shipping options available for you to choose from. Once your item has left our distribution center, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time is based on shipping method selected. If you need your order by a certian date, choose the optional express shipping option or contact us with your address to confirm shipping time to your exact location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: FOR ADVANCED SKIN CARE BRAND PRODUCTS ONLY
International Shipping
International buyers are responsible for all custom duties and taxes associated with the item. Please be advised that we have no control over these charges. The international policies on imports vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you require further information.
Once at customs, each package is processed differently and can take either several days or longer to be cleared for delivery. Each country has specific guidelines on how it processes international imports. We have no control over this process. While we will do our best to assist you through this process, please be patient and understanding of the fact that we have no jurisdiction over international customs procedures. We are not responsible for customs retention of your products, the customers is responsible once the product has reached customs and the customer is required to connect with his/her country's customs shipping department to retrieve the items. Once product is shipped but idling in the destination country's customs, Advanced Skin Care will have no jurisdiction over international customs procedures and thus is not responsible for refunding the products. The customer will need to work with customs to retrieve the item.

2. RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through www.advancedspa.com, you may return the product in its original packaging and receive a full refund if the product is received at Advanced Skin Care within 7 days of purchase. If you pass the 7 days limit, you may return the product in its original packaging and receive a store credit. After 30 days, the product you purchased through our website, will no longer be accepted for returns and for any reasons. Unfortunately, Advanced Skin Care will not be able to cover for return shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for exchange packages.
All returns should be returned to the same spa location or you may call us at 212.758.8867 to talk with us about the return or exchange.
