Ulysses Evans has been a laser expert since 1992, has worked and consulted for various biomedical laser-based companies and hospitals, and has been treating models, actors and actresses, artists, high profile clients, and others for the past 30 years.  He has been featured in various magazines and what’s most unique is Ulysses’ degrees in both certified Laser technician and certified Aesthetician.
